The Weasel’s guide to “Intelligent Designâ€

A federal judge recently banned a Pennsylvania school district from teaching “intelligent design†in biology class, saying it is creationism in disguise.
Is “intelligent design†creationism? Of course not!
Creationism says that God created Man.
Intelligent design says only a higher force (a.k.a. God) can create complex living organisms.
As you can see, they are completely different.
The courts have a problem with I.D. because some people are trying to teach it in biology class. Even the Vatican says I.D. is not science. So The Weasel says intelligent design really belongs in physics class, art class and film class.
Here’s how to go around activist judges and get intelligent design in our schools.
Explain to these activist judges that the “theory of evolution†is just a “theory.†It’s not called the “fact†of evolution or even the “highly educated guess†of evolution. It is a theory!
Since evolution is just a theory, other “ideas†(a.k.a. I.D.) should be allowed in classrooms.
Here are some theories that intelligent design can explain:
Einstein’s Theory of Relativity: This theory is so complex that only a higher power (a.k.a. God) can truly understand it.
Theory of Color - Using three primary colors, all other colors can be made. But any painter knows that mixing primary colors creates the color of mud. Only a higher power (a.k.a. God) can mix paint and get truly vibrant colors.
Conspiracy Theory - Only a higher power (a.k.a. God) can explain why Julia Roberts and Mel Gibson would agree to act in this turkey of a movie.
The Weasel rests his case!
