I really thought this was a radiology technician preparing to x-ray this very large dog (prone to hip dysplasia due to their size & weight)...Symptomatically, these canines must be picked up & moved-literally! Although, I can't claim originality, when I saw this photo, I thought, "If you can't run with the BIG DOGS...stay on the porch!"
