Thanksgiving Fun

We took a hike the other day, and then did a little off-road driving. It was a fun adventure. On the way home, I overheard the boys talking in the back of the Sub.

"I'll bet I'm the only kid in my class who's got the courage to fight." (To fight what, asked Paul.)

Later:
"If I had a sister like that, I'd lock her up." (I think they were talking about a show they know of, and how much they dislike that show and the characters on it.)

After that:
"There's evil afoot!"

Finally:
"That drove my bladder control wild." (That was actually said after we got home, as someone was making a break for the bathroom.)

Happy Thanksgiving! It's chilly here today and the leaves are bright red and orange. This is the time of year that reminds me, after the long, hot days of August, why I love living in the South.
