For another great story that the large vast liberal media did not jump on go to http://news.pacificnews.org/news/view_article.html?article_id=eed74d9d44c30493706fe03f4c9b3a77 to read about Haliburton getting another large government contract and what the contract is for. Much of the article is speculatory. The contract part though is the fact part and it just again shows sweet heart deals handed to friends of the GOP (Dick Cheney no doubt still gets profit from this company).

If people think George W. Bush is not power hungry, and not liken to a dictator, read the story at http://towardfreedom.com/home/content/view/911/
If this story does not wake some of you up and sicken you, then there is no amount of help for you. This country is becoming less and less of a free country, and you have Bush to blame for it. Oh,and something even more interesting someone helped me realize:
1) In 1933 "terrorists" destroyed German Reichstag [wikipedia.org]
2) To begin war on terror, the German "Patriot" act [wikipedia.org] was passed getting rid of habeas corpus
3) The German congress passed the Enabling Act [wikipedia.org] to help the president's "war on terror".
4) Hitler consumated the powers granted to him by the Congress through this legal process.

Politicians, and in large part lately the Republican party politicians, are full of hypocrisy. Most follow the phrase, "Do as I say, not as I do." Mark Foley is one example, but what I am readling thinking about is Mr. Rush Limbaugh. His questioning Michael J. Fox was one thing, but with cameras rolling on him in his studio he floundered around making fun of Mr. Fox's battle with Parkinson's Disease. Way to go Rush. You sure have room to talk...oh no, wait you do not. You are a pill popping junkie. One of the many things you and your followers used to slam. Us who are wiser though know you are just a tool for the GOP (Grand Old Perverts). Why you are still on the air baffles me, but hey, I do not particularly see why people watch MTV's Jack** either, yet they do.

Remember the big deal about our ports? remember how we did not want an arab company to own or operate the ports, so to circumvent the big fight over it Dubai Ports World graciously agreed to end the controversy and sell them to a US company?
It has been six months, and guess what. Dubai Ports World still owns them. Politicians have been relatively quiet on this one. Could it be...gasp...business comes before homeland security?

I do not want to repost the actual article, but here is a link http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/09/28/culey.commentary/index.html
This story basically shows what freedom and justice mean to our current administration. This is basically an outrage. They can lock anyone up without just cause and keep them locked up indefinately without trial. Do not think it cannot happen here in the US.
